A lot of the stress in our lives is caused by conflict. Why do we feel the need to defend ourselves when this just creates conflict and stress? I think we all know that trying to be right and make the other person wrong is just done out of fear. Fear is the real cause of stress. If we can find a way to eliminate or at least reduce the amount of conflict in our lives, then the stress will be reduced as well.
But what if your job involves conflict? What if it’s your job to fight for something? Today the question of the week comes from our very own Roundtable member, Michael. As you probably know by now, Michael is a lawyer and he feels like it’s his job as a lawyer is to fight for his clients. But that brings up a lot of conflict and a lot of stress. Let’s hear what Joshua has to say about it.
